Power out in FNAF 4 kid's house?
So I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth, and it dawned on me... if I want light in a room to see things, I turn on an actual light. I don't bring a flash light into my bathroom. So why doesn't the kid just flip a switch on in his room to keep the animatronics at bay? Why not turn on every light in the whole damn house?

But, the fan on top of his dresser isn't spinning. Unlike the other three games where it spins until the power runs out, his fan is stationary.

Could it be that his house just doesn't have electricity?

I don't know if that's really important or not.

In addition, isn't his house rather close to the franchise? In the second to last day before his party (technically 2 days remaining; at the end of the minigame, it's just 1 day remaining), he leaves the store, goes south two grids, then goes west three grids, and then goes up two grids to get to his house. That would mean his house and the franchise are not far apart; they may even be next door to one another.

Well, it's hinted that it's actually a nightmare in the gameplay.

He also seems a little short, but that could be subject to a joke of an adult character being either a dwarf or the house really being big.

I'm pretty sure that there's an alarm clock sitting on top one of the dresser's in the bedroom that never displays the time. So I think you may have a point. Although, it does make you wonder how the alarm clock goes off at 6 am.

Perhaps the animatronics shut off the power when they enter the house, and restore power when they leave?

This. It also would explain why the clock flips through the time. It's adjusting itself from being turned off all night
A clock would actually just set itself to 12:00 but yeah this is a great discovery that everyone seems to have overlooked!
