Jeremy fritzgerald is the killer (4 FACTS)
I got this theory of the purple guy being jeremy becuz first

1:purple guy doesn't have a badge until the save them mini game in FNAF 2, weird... it's at the same time jeremy got hired. purple man doesn't have a badge in any other mini game in FNAF 2 meaning he was not an employee.

2:the first 3 night phone guy act normal until night 4 when a suit went missing. Night 6 is when the place closed down, they probably found the body's in the toy and that's why fazbear entertainment can't use them anymore. What if phone guy are telling you everything about the suit missing and all that but he doesn't know Jeremy is the one that took the suits, how would supect a new night guard?

3: Jeremy is the only night guard who never got fired, he in fact moved to day shift.
when the place in FNAF 2 closed down Jeremy was moved to fredbear family diner the sister location. Thats why the purple guy has a badge in fredbear family diner and this is where the bite of 87 took place.

4: after FNAF 2 location is closed down, Jeremy could have been moved to fredbear family diner . That is why we see purple guy with a badge in FNAF 4. Remember that FNAF 2 happens before FNAF 4 becauze the bite didn't happend yet.

Jeremy (purple guy) could have killed one child at fredbear when he was not hired, then kill 5 more childrens at the very first fazbear pizza. ( he has no badge yet so he is not an employee)
when freddy fazbear pizza got reopened, Jeremy got hired, and this is where the purple guy got is job and killed 5 more childs. 11 dead childrens and 11 animatronics. FNAF 2 location got closed but Jeremy got moved to fredbear and work there on the DAY shift theaching people how to use the spring suits. (he could have work at fredbear a few monts giving him the expirence and seniority in the company)
But when the bite of 87 happened, fredbear closed too and he was moved again at FNAF 1 location when it got reopened. He then got killed inside the springtrap suits and we know the rest.

Jeremy was moved to day shift, this could mean that this is the moment the purple guy join the company.
