Actually the character comes from a screen in FNaF2 featuring a Balloon Boy with pink eyes hiding under the player's desk. In the game files it's labelled "JJ" so it's safe to presume that, at the very least, Scott nicknamed the character.

Yeah, it could only just be a nickname, however. Much like how Golden Freddy was labelled as 'Yellow Bear' in the FNAF 1 game files- It hasn't been confirmed, so it's name could change.

I agree with the juggling thing. The only thing I could think of that made sense was "Juggling Jane". That's all I could think of. IDK what JJ actually stands for. I do know for a fact that BB is Balloon Boy.
