Contradictory to my name I think Bonnie the best. Something about him makes me think that if he was an actual bi-pedal, sentient, rabbit capable of human thought and emotions, he would have a caring and understanding personality. But that's just me.

Freddy is better than both (especially because his tactics are a mix of all the animatronics in FNaF1 (he moves from camera to camera (like Bonnie/Chica) and he can enter the door, even when the camera is down / doesn't have to go to a camera blind spot / runs (like Foxy)). Also he has 2 jumpscares and hides in the hard to see areas of the camera, like Springtrap (so that's another similarity that FNaF1 Freddy possesses).He also has the laugh, which Nightmare Fredbear & Nightmare have in FNaF4 (yet another similarity)...

To be honest, I actually think both Bonnie and Foxy are as awesome as each other (still not as good as Freddy though, especially FNaF1 Freddy).
