Note: this is just a theory, and could be debunked later on.


I know what this diagnostic is, and I don't find it really funny, but that's what I think the teaser is saying on fnafworld.com (mangle hanging herself).

I figured it out minutes after I read the message "See what you all done." That message was pointed to all the people who won't shut up about mangles gender.

Now before you get pissed, just here me out, I'm just explaining a theory, THAT's ALL.


Now ask yourself this, why was mangle chosen for this sort of picture and no other character in thee roster? (when he had over a dosen to choose from) My theory is, in scotts head, mangle was suffer so much pressure from her disorder and people asking the same question over and over again, without any type of support, that she couldn't take it anymore and snapped. Apparently in this universe, animatronics have emotions.

I remember seeing a post on here, that's probably buried, by now by the fans of fnaf, saying that scott was getting sick and tired of people asking about mangles gender. By his believes, this was his way of making the fans see the era there ways, probably in a attempt to get the fans shock and feel bad what they were asking. It should've been more obvious guys.

This is kind've like the Squidward suicide story, only more deeper.

You fans killed mangle by asking too many inappropriate questions. Okay just kidding.


But I could be wrong, and this is a dark game over screen, but if it changes to something else that not related to this picture, then I don't know what.

The reason people ask so much about Mangle's gender is because it's a sense of identification. When a fanbase can't find out something crucial about a character, they tend to argue as to which answer may or may not be right. It's like trying to find out a fictional characters nationality or race when they're face/body is hidden, while it may seem like a silly thing to get worked up over, it's still an important trait of a character that says who they are. Gender, while not all that important, can tell a lot about a character, and quite frankly, I can understand why some people may want to know the gender, because it personally makes me uncomfortable when I refer to Mangle as an it. But this is just my two cents.

Well I think its stupid. It's a robot for dam sake, why should it matter. And FYI, I have seen some people ask the same stupid question, just for a pleasure feeling.

Okay you might have a point about identification reasons, but we should've figure this out by now. Anything that looks feminine , wears pink, and was said to look cute is chick in my book. And I'm not kidding, When I saw a comment from scott saying that he was getting sick and tired of people asking about mangles gender. Even I am getting sick of it.

All robots have genders they are built around. Regardless if you believe this or not, I'm pretty sure you yourself refer to real life animatronics as "hes" and "shes" instead of "its" or "theys"

I think the tralier is leading us off on FNAF world. This won't be a cute-sy-woot-sy game. This is going to be DARK. Scott was misleading us. This reminds me of the moment in Undertale when Flowey turns against you. You think its all cute, and then - its all dark and scary. I don't think it sybolism; It is a picture from the game. A Picture of the dark of FNAF world.

That's probably another good point as well, but I guess according to scott, it was too inappropriate. The teaser is gone, but the damage has been done.

I actually have more pity for mangle now. Believe it or not I used to hate fnaf for its ghostly behavior(I even made a picture of me slitting freddys throat once because of the head ache's it gave me), but most of the characters and the hidden story changed my mind a bit. Mangle was one of them just for the fact of feeling sorry for her. I still hate fnaf for its jump scares, but after this my symphony has changed even more for these oc's.
