Official Five Nights At Freddy's MAKER?

Mario Maker got me thinking-- What if Scott made a Five Nights at Freddy's Maker?

Simply put, my pitch is this:
We can choose gameplay elements, characters, and locations to our liking to create our dream FNAF games.

The Features:
-The Ability to make a running FNAF game
-The Ability to Choose an office(or room), or make one of our own.
-The Ability to Choose animatronics(or puppets), designate them to rooms, or make our own.
-The Ability to Choose Game mechanics from a list of mechanics.
-The Ability to Create a jumpscare with a built-in animator, or choose one.
-The Ability to Share theese with others for free, and for entertainment purposes, and no commercial purposes.
-The Ability to make a miningame.

The Problems:
-This will probably take A LOT of money to make, especially for running servers.
-People can make inappropriate games, in which players may be disturbed from this.
-This game will put the other four out of business, as they can buy this one and play limitless copies of the other.

Neat idea, but I doubt he would do it. Making it would seem pointless, take too long, and it would barely be used. It's much easier for someone to make their own FNAF game anyways.

With my concept, someone can pick up the game and create a game in one sitting. They won't need to learn to code to make it.
