The Bonnie one covers up a poster of Freddy, the head placed exactly on the head on the poster. Plus it's dark purple, has one lit eye, and has two lines from its eyes like tears maybe? I just know there's also Spring Bonnie posters that replace Freddy posters and one also has only one lit eye.
The Freddy plate just covers a child drawing. It's kind of light colored so maybe a drawing of Golden Freddy?
The most interesting thing about them it's: The First one it's a Shadow/Freddy (Fredbear?) Paper Plate; The second one it's a Shadow/Bonnie (Springtrap or Toy Bonnie?) Paper Plate; The last one it's believed to be a BB paper plate, but actually it doesn't look very much like him. This particular paper plate doesn't have a hat (The Freddy paper plate have his own hat), it have three buttons (BB only have two), the paper plate have a round purple nose (BB have a triangular red nose). But this could be just the way the kids did it.
But given the particular looks of all the paperplate dolls, maybe they represent the past (Purple man being a guard at Fredbear's), present (Purple man wearing the Golden Freddy/shadow freddy suit to kill the children in FNAF 2) and his future (dying inside the Spring Bonnie suit, hence the broken ear and the tear/blood streams coming out of his eyes).
I don't know, just conjectures.
I hadn't thought of it this way, but it makes a whole lot of sense! I like it. :)
The Bonnie one is actually referenced in the Halloween Bonnie design that we saw in the first teaser for the Halloween version of FNaF4 (slanted out ears, right eye glowing while left one isn't, etc). It could also be some sort of "Purple Spring Bonnie", kind of like Shadow Freddy was a Purple Fredbear, which would explain the similarities.
The last one seems to represent a Puppet-type character, perhaps another one that we didn't see (as JJ is another version of BB, why can't there be another Puppet). It seems to have red arms and blue legs, a red nose and blue eyes / mouth. What if the Puppet we see in all of the FNaF games after 1 represents the emotion of sadness while the other one represents happiness (kind of like the theatre masks now that I think about it (I think they represented Comedy and Tragedy in that case)).
