Where does Nightmare Balloon Boy fit into the story?
We know that nothing in the Halloween Edition is Canon, but Nightmare BB is in the real version of the game. That, and the fact that Scott proved this, means he's Canon! My question is, where does he fit into the story? Assuming we're going off the Bite of '83 Theory.

did you read my Bite of 83 theory i linked to?

He was a toy at the time, just like all of the other toy animatronics. In the '83/'82 theory, he doesn't really bear any sort of significance to the actual story besides just being there.

alright, we're going by dream and 83 standards i guess, so let's go with this:
fnaf 4 minigames, kid with balloon plus another kid laughing=BB
JJ?
girl with toys, look at her pose
and if not a dream?
BB is just BB

Maybe they do. We only know what Scott tells us. Scott didn't say anything regarding Nightmare Mangle or Nightmarionne, so we can't really say where they fit into the story (if they're even apart of the story at all).

he said every animatronic in the Halloween Edition aren't Canon. BB is only Canon because he exists in the not Halloween edition too.

That's true. If I recall correctly, the only reason Nightmare BB is even canon is because Scott needed to clear up confusion for why he was included in the actual game.

which means he fits in the story somewhere. even if we have to make a theory centered around Balloon Boy, we'll do what we can to fit him in.

well I pubblicated a theory " fnaf story ( personal interpretation ) " where i said that probably plushtrap wasn't a enemy but trained us , near his death the child lose every hope and dream another nightmare that take the place of plushtrap . in the theory is explained better .

But I already told you where he fits in for '83/'82...

Nightmare Balloon Boy is just there, like Plushtrap. As you can tell by his position (part of a unimportant minigame) he is canon for no reason other than to just be a toy like Spring-Bonnie.
well I think about nightmare BB . search " fnaf story ( personal interpretation )" in the discussion , I explained my idea , sorry but is a little too big to re-write here -

Going by the 82/3 rules that would make BB an older animatronic than the other Toys. Why is this the case? Because Phone Guy makes NO mention of BB at all in FNaF2. If you complain that it's a Toy because of *red cheeks*, the Puppet has those too so it doesn't necessarily mean it's new (as the Puppet was ALSO re-used).

Also assuming that the Paper Pal Human is a BB depiction and not the Puppet because of the colours, this would be the case since the other two animatronics aren't the Freddy or Bonnie from the Toy Generation.

actually, he did. He said the halloween update was not canon.

Don't get why Nightmare Mangle and Nightmarionne are un-canon then.
Because the halloween update was originally supposed to feature all non-canon characters, but then Nightmare BB got implemented into the main game. So to clear up confusion Scott made him canon.

That was before the update came out. Then when it did, Nightmare BB became canon all of a sudden. What I'm trying to say is that Scott has the ability to say if the halloween characters are canon or not if he wants to (as in there's always the possibility that they could also fit into the story as well like Nightmare BB, but Scott has yet to disclose such information).
