Also assuming that the Paper Pal Human is a BB depiction and not the Puppet because of the colours, this would be the case since the other two animatronics aren't the Freddy or Bonnie from the Toy Generation.
That was before the update came out. Then when it did, Nightmare BB became canon all of a sudden. What I'm trying to say is that Scott has the ability to say if the halloween characters are canon or not if he wants to (as in there's always the possibility that they could also fit into the story as well like Nightmare BB, but Scott has yet to disclose such information).
