Bite of '83 Theory In-Depth Explanation

There have been tons of Theories floating around, and i have to say that i believe the "Bite of '83" Theory. I'm going to talk abut that Theory. Phone Guy in FNaF 2 said that Fredbear's Family Diner was closed for years, not the older Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. BUT there are Withereds of the classics, instead. Meaning that Fredbear and Spring Bonnie weren't the only Animatronics in Fredbear's Family Diner. This is also evidenced by the 1983 Fredbear & Friends Easter Egg in FNaF 4, as it showed all the classic Animatronics with Fredbear as the gang called Fredbear & Friends![lh3.googleusercontent.com] In FNaF 2, we know where the classic gang ended up, scrapped and used for parts, and we know that the Spring Bonnie suit was kept in the Safe Room, but where's Fredbear? 2 words: Golden Freddy. If you take a look at the design of Withered Golden Freddy in FNaF 2, he looks so much like the normal Withered Freddy, and Fredbear from the FNaF 4 Minigames. This might mean that Golden Freddy, is Fredbear, but Withered! This could also mean that FNaF 2 takes place right after Fredbear's Family Diner closed for good. the Phone Guy in FNaF 3, said some stuff to disprove this, but i have another possible Theory about it. Phone Guy was talking about the Springlock Suits, but at the end of the call, he says: "Remember to smile; You are the face of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza". He didn't say Fredbear's Family Diner! Here's what i think... I think that Fredbear's Family Diner was bought out by another company after the Bite of '83 happened, and after Fredbear's Family Diner was bought out, they renamed the place Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and put their focus on Freddy. they kept the Springlocks as side attractions, (Like Foxy) and had Audio Training Cassettes made, to teach new workers how to get in a Springlock Suit. but they weren't getting enough praise as the others, and they were scrapped. that might be when the Bite of '87 happened. which would explain why they scrapped the design for the classic Animatronics, and replaced them with the Toys. When the Toys were scrapped, they polished up the old designs and went back to using those.

thank you! but you seriously have no idea how long it took me to type this... it's 2:04 AM for crying out loud! to be fair, i did start at 12 or 1 at the very least, but still, this took me gosh dang forever...

i have my own theory: It only said 1983 on the TV because he was probably watching some kind of pre-recorded show about the animatronics

that could be true, but think about it. if the bite of '87 did happen in Fredbear's Family Diner, then why did Phone Guy say that it's been closed for years in FNaF 2? FNaF 2 took place in 1987.

Firstly, nothing in the game(s) support that. Secondly, that pretty much renders the TV easter egg as virtually pointless, and Scott has stated for the record that he didn't any "random easter eggs."
