Opinions on the FNaF vs. Undertale thing
It's annoying as ♥♥♥♥. Nearly everything I go on that is FNaF related has a comment that says "fanf iz ♥♥♥♥ cuz undertalez iz wai bettar". Once I even went on an Undertale video and saw crap like "Undertalez iz ♥♥♥♥ cuz fanf iz bettar". I DONT GET IT! Also, what are all of your opinions on Undertale, it looks fun, but is it ACTUALLY as good as they say? It seems just a tad overrated (Well, FNaF was a little overrated when it first came out as well). Idk, I really think this whole conflict between these two fan bases NEEDS to stop.

I think they're both great.
Undertale is story-rich, with interesting characters and a great sense of humor that never ceases.
FNaF has unique horror aspects and a mind boggling story, all with a large amount of jumpscares.

Exactly, I don't even know why they should be competing, they are two completely different games, an RPG, and a Horror game. Except those people who are like "FANF WURLD IZ E REEPUFF OF ONNDERTAL!!!!"

Most of the people who argue about that haven't played at least one of the games. They just want to be like everyone else.

Plus, why the ♥♥♥♥ does that dumb*** argument exist? Why are people debating these games over each other? This argument is more childish than "girls vs. boys" and "whose cake slice is bigger".

Sorry for my cursing, but I had to let this out.

i think that this debate is absolutely stupid.

the games have nothing to do with eachother so there's no need to to debate over which one is better.

my god it's the star wars vs. star trek debate all over again.

The only reason people ever compare the two games is because of the fact that they're both indie games that were made by one guy. That's pretty much where the similarities end. Both are their own games in their own rights. Nothing more, nothing less. Friction between fanbases is only a result of the Undertale fanbase wanting nothing to do with us simply because of our bad reputation. Such as the whole "FNAFtale" debacle from before that got completely shot down due to the Undertale fanbase, as mentioned before, not wanting to have any kind of association with us, most not even considering the potential that the crossover had because of this. It really comes down to everyone judging the fanbases of the games instead of the games themselves. It's ridiculous, but that's just how it is (unfortunately).

As for whether or not you should get Undertale: You'll only get the best experience if you enter it completely blind with no background knowledge. It's a game where you play it the way you want to, not by how others want you to play it. As such, while it is a good game, it's best to not let the hype kill it for you. Trust me, the hype will kill it for you...

The only thing that I really know is just the beginning of the game (Markiplier) other than that, I'm mostly blind, and I'm not gonna play it the way others say to. I'm gonna play it the way I want to.

Yeah! I'm probably gonna pick the game up during Spring Sale! Or I will get it on 3DS, since Toby Fox said somewhere that he is thinking of porting it to 3DS and Wii U, and probably the next Nintendo Console. Why Nintendo? Because Undertale was actually heavily inspired by Nintendo's Own 'EarthBound'. That is sort of the dev's way of giving credit to Nintendo.
