Let's see, the dream theory realies on being stupidly nitpicky on certain details, while purposely ignoring others.
Let's be nitpicky outselves: While dreaming you can't read, and FNaF 1-3 have several texts here and there.
There you have it.
I do not believe the dream theory at all. I'm just giving my two cents on why, IF the dream theory was true, the neverending battle to figure out who the victim of the bite of '87 was is pointless as it was made up by the child in his dreams/coma and thus it didn't actually happen to anyone :)
(This thread is titled debunking the dream theory after all xD I'm contributing to debunking it)
Or probably not and I'm just making a big fool of myself.
With the very blatant story telling style Scott created, Night=us, and "Day"= children/ani's; wouldn't it be a little obvious to say perhaps (in using the constant of `mini-games aren't reality b/c they aren't literal + FNaF3's just bizarre one's. **The playing of said mini-games by us via obscure unlocking methods can be explained by the phone guy's remark on the ventilation system.) dream theory is wrong in regards to the first 3 games being a dream. With the mini-games showing a increasing loss of sanity(as his dreams), all starting in FNaF 4 as the child we play....
My biggest gripe is that he has two, TWO, channels dedicated to pointing out that reality and fiction don't line up with each other... Then turns around and uses serial killer profiling, corporate structure and brain functions to make points. If there was ever a human being that should be wary of the limitations of real life phenomenon as evidence for fiction, it should be MatPat.
*Sigh*
