PART 2: "Scott, I Got A Copyright Claim On My Fredbear Mask"
Thank you all for the support and help! I really want to get my video back (it's not taken down, but I don't want my video being robbed by some jack*ss that desperatly needs $1.00 that I make off the video) . I'll give the info that I have. If someone can help to make sure this company ACTUALLY owns the music or not. If they don't, I can file a dispute! Please help if you can! Here's the info I have:

Here's the email I got:
http://i63.tinypic.com/2dbw01i.jpg

Here's a screenschot of the video info:
http://i68.tinypic.com/2urmdxc.png

Here's a list of the songs that this company owns:
http://www.gettyimages.com/music/artists/71635-salieri-music-inc#msm.PageSize=40&msm.CurrentPage=3&displayColumns

This is my #1 video on my channel and it means a lot to me. It has about 50,000 views and over 500 likes. I currently have the video set to PRIVATE so that they can't make money off of it. I'm still currently looking through the list and can't find the song that was claimed called "Casimere-14157". Please help if you can!

Thanks everyone!
~ErnieCIII

EDIT: We found the song, but the title of the page says it's roaylty free. That doesn't affect me not being able to use it though, huh?

EDIT: I contacted the guy and he said I can use the music, but the video will still be monetized, but he was really nice about it. well, I guess I'll just repost the video under the same tags and stuff, but without the music. Thanks to everyone for helping!

(Still looking and can't find it)

If you set the video private they may get more scrubby and then they will give you a copyright strike. But I don't know if Casimere is the owner. Whatever, you can put a free music on the edition section of YouTube.

Ok, I'll just make it Unlisted.
Okay...It appears these people have no ownership to the song...I've looked at multiple copyright websites and searched the song...No results were found out of six or seven websites...I think it's safe to say that these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are just trying to pull a quick buck via fraud ownership...

Hell...The song doesn't even appear to exist...Search it yourself, the song they tried to claim...

I have a funny feeling the people might have just made up the name and basically went "That's the name of our song and he used it, so we demand money!'... .-. I'm still looking though...As it seems no one knows what the real name is for the FNaF 4 title screen music is...

I don't know if this is what you're looking for or not, but here's a sample business email to fire off to them...the kicker is you'd be obligated to remove the song if they can indeed prove they have the rights to it, or let them have the rights to earn the ad revenue.

To Whom It May Concern:

Recently I received an email stating that copyrighted content was found in my YouTube video entitled "Five Nights at Freddy's 4 Fredbear Mask," and the video is currently being monetized by Salieri Music Inc.

Specifically, the content in question is a song titled "Casimere-14157" but this title does not appear in your company's music catalog on gettyimages.com.

I am respectfully requesting confirmation that the song contained in my video and the song you hold the rights to are one and the same. Thank you for your consideration.

((Include URLs for your video and the gettyimages.com link here.))

Best of luck! Like Rydi said in your first thread, there's a chance they might not be the official owners of the song after all. It can't hurt to ask.

Thanks so so much!
In my search to try and find the original song for the FNaF 4 title screen I have found the title screen music for FNaF 1 and 3 and now I just found FNaF 3's trailer music lol
