I'd probably guess that it would look similar to Springtrap (Unwithered though) in terms of design features (like the eyelids and the eye covers (if you look at the secret Springtrap screens you can see the covers) would be part of Fredbear's design). Then again, I'm basing it off of the minigames / Springtrap's design, FNaF World's might actually have a few more details that were missing from the minigame's design.
The black band is probably a part of the actual design considering the fact that Nightmare Freddy's hat doesn't have any stripes or other details that are different from regular Freddy's (apart from the obvious withering on it).
FNaF world have more things that we thought .
Also the stripe seems to be missing from the Adventure Nightmare version, suggesting that either Scott decided to remove it or that he forgot to include it in his design.
