That just scott imperaonating a phone person
we need to know his Actual voice
To hear Scott:

Step 1: Start FNaF 1 or FNaF 2.

Step 2: Start a new game.

Step 3: Listen.

Step 4: ???

Step 5: Profit.
Maybe without the phone stuff
He sounds like Scott Cawthon. Like, EXACTLY like Scott Cawthon.

phone guy

There's one.
Watch a bit from his Pilgrim's Progress videos. Not the walkthroughs, but the actual adaption of the novel into video. He sounds sorta' like Sethbling, but he's got a sort of lower... I guess you could say "drag" in his voice. You can still hear his voice in phone guy, but I think PG's voice was played up a bit.

"Oh I should make up a new voice for a phone person! :D"

That surprised me as well; I just assumed he sounded like Phone Guy in real life but I think he did play up the voice to try to make Phone Guy sound more like a "character" with distinctive vocal inflection and vocal patterns, habits of speech ("Hello. Hello?", "y'know?" etc.)

I watched Scott's Bible Plays cartoons (which are really cute and funny, by the way) and he voiced the director of the kids' Bible pageants, but he didn't sound much like Phone Guy at all. And he voiced Phone Dude, who sounds completely different from Phone Guy, so he has a real knack for doing voices.

Didn't he get someone else to do Phone Dude?

Haha, no, it is him as well :D
really? I heard some voices that Scott hired a random guy outside his home :\
Pretty sure that was a joke on Scott's part. If you listen really closely, under Phone Dude's surfer/slacker/stoner dialect you can kinda hear Phone Guy's voice. He really does have enviable voice-acting skills.

But it is sorta funny to imagine Scott inviting some random stranger into his home studio to record voices for the game. I just picture the random guy like, "Dude, a job? Totally awesome!"

Oh honey, that was a joke XD
is the kind of things unprobable but at the same time possible that makes you think " hey ...maybe is real " xD
