Bonnie hand puppet is Funtime Bonnie!! WHY!?!?

Because for some reasons that alot of people is getting all confusing like, the bonnie hand puppet has red cheeks. But of course its not toy bonnie. Its Funtime Bonnie, so do not get confuse from that. There is a Funtime Bonnie in the sister location.

I agree it is a hand puppet but also it doesn't make sense for it to kill you in some instances but overall it is a good game

For the hand Puppet to be able to kill you means that is has a separate power supply from Funtime Freddy. But the reason for the animatronics killing you is never explained - are they possesed by dead kids? Or are they an AI? Maybe there are clues somewhere.
