How Do I Enable Halloween Mode?

I recently got FNAF 4 on this pc, and I can't figure out how to enable Halloween Mode. Can any of you help me out?

when you hit "play" on fnaf 4 in your steam library, a window like this[i.imgur.com] should pop up

that's how fnaf 1-3 had their halloween modes

fnaf 4 has its halloween mode as a separate exe that can be used any time of the year
