Spec Ops: The Line

The game is missing windowed option.

Operating system: Windows 8.1 Update Professional x64 (EN)
Monitors: 1x 1920x1080 + 1x 1280x1024 (both running on native resolution)

Using the latest BG version on Steam (8.1)

New update should add the option to force the game into windowed mode.

Now up to 8.4 and Spec Ops still does not work?

I learned that all the Unreal Engine 3 games does not currently work with Borderless windowed due to design. There are other ways to achieve this with other kind of software, though. I mostly use GeDoSaTo to force borderless there.

Yeah, I saw the sticky regarding UE3 after making this post.

Did you manage to get GeDoSaTo working for Spec Ops? I gave it a shot and it's a no go for me...

Was a while since the post and I think I didn't try to launch it since. I'm on mobile now, but check the pcgamingwik, maybe they have a solution there?

I did check pcgamingwiki actually. Sadly, the three options they recommend (borderless gaming, GeDoSaTo, and SRWE) don't seem to work for Spec Ops, at least for me.
