Reinstalled PC - lost favourites :c

Hello there dear developer and community.
So... every time I reinstall my computer, I back up my Users folder, so hopefully that will be enough to get my favorites back. I was reinstalling the OS yesterday and as far as I can remember, I always had several program settings back after copying the Users backup, but not this time. Is it possible that I lost all favorites? O.o Is this stored in Users or somewhere in SteamUserData? o.o

Since version 10, all settings for Borderless Gaming are saved in this file:

%APPDATA%\borderless-gaming\config.bopbin

If you recently started Borderless Gaming through Steam (before you lost your favourites), you might be able to download an older copy of the file from Steam's Cloud [1].

Otherwise it might be prudent to check your backup method and whether the file was included in it.
