How to remove BG from displaying on Discord Game Activity?

How do I remove Borderless gaming from being shown on my Discord game activity without disabling either?

These steps helped for me:
- Disable Steam integration in BG settings
- Launch BG from it's exe in Steam Library folder, not from Steam and not from Start menu shortcut

I'm gonna necro this post:

- Open Discord
- Click the gear icon on the bottom left to open settings
- Scroll down on the left side and click on "Registered Games"
- Click on the eye icon under Borderless Gaming

This will turn off game detection for BG
