How to complete miniquests?

Hello,
how can I complete mini quest? NPC ask me for example for a FILE but I don´t know how to give the item to NPC. If I put the item to NPC´s inventory = nothing happen. Thanks a lot for help.

You have to carefully read the quest. If it says "I left a file lying around somewhere" or "we lost a file somewhere", it means you have to leave the main "safe" area and retrieve that exact item -- the npc will not accept any old file you find in someone's desk. Some quests, however, are more traditional and will say, "I'd like a file, can you get me one?" These quests can be completed with a file taken from a desk/rucksack. When you press "F" to open the npc's stash and place the item in it's inventory, if it completes the quest you will immediately receive a "quest completed" screen. Hope this helps!
