I Cant find 2 sheets of plastic anywhere need help with locations.

I might be able to help on one. In the top left house there is a vent that leads to the roof, on that roof is a zipline that sends you to the roof of the bottom left house, there should a rucksack with a sheet of plastic.

If I come accross the other one, I'll let you know.

The other plastic is found in a house at the top right most house, hidden underground. You'll need the red and cyan key, as well as any shovel that has at least one use left since the hole is almost finished. Don't try digging from outside the house, there are rocks.

The keys are a pain to find, but I remember where they were if you need help finding any of the three.

I think I just commented on another comment with the answer, but I'll answer again for anyone who reads this one instead.

Head straight east of the sewing room building to find a single room building locked with cyan key. The key is inside the rucksack in there. Get into the backyard by digging, or by falling from a rope that travels overhead.

With the purple and cyan key you can get the red key.

Where exactly do you need to dig? I've been digging holes everywhere and restarting because idk where exactly to dig haha

Above the rucksack and a tile to the left is a one tile smallbush. The tiles directly under that bush is the only place you can dig (around it is rock) dig from under the bush, go 4 tiles down (until you hit a rock) and then dig straight up. (hopes this helps)

Did all the steps, got the costumes, made it to the end, carl's costume runs out and decides lets fight like 5 walkers, cause why not, almost dies, next day come back and killed all the walkers only to find out I need them disguised, which I can no longer do because the costumes are gone and I slept a night. Is the only thing I can do restart?
