We need a hotfix for multiplayer

With new update multiplayer is unplayable. I want to play the game with my friend, but after the last update, my character is delayed while moving. Also, players do not appear where they are. We need an hotfix immediately.

I know, not a nice message to hear but it happened to us too (an on existing save). We started over with a new game. Here the lag, delays and warping didn't seem to exist.

EDIT : Nevermind that... It worked for almost 2 hours, then one moment, again desync, lags and moving as if I'm drunk. Starting a new game did NOT work (at least not for long)

switch hosts me and my buddy had the same issue instead of him i hosted this time and it fixed it for some odd reason

I opened a new world in creative mode and it worked, but we can't play in our old survival world.

My friend and I play in the new world for 2-3 hours and it starts lagging again. I've searched everywhere but I don't think there is a way to fix this :(

This happened with my friend, he could not see me (Host) and wasn't even on the same place in the map as I was.

This wasn't an issue before.

You can try to solve it with the guide hellsxfire's sent, but if it seems too difficult, you can try to open a new world, but probably after a few hours problems start to appear in the new world you have opened. By the way, I haven't tried opening a new world works in survival mode, I've just tried it in creative mode, and I can say that it worked for a while. Developers definitely need to fix this issue urgently. I hope they fix it before GTA6 is released.
