How to Cheat (use Devconsole in 1.0)

Hello,

i wish to disable Raids for the Reason i hate them.

I found a way to disable raids in Reddit.

Another good Cheat he dont meantioned is; "/sunshake" without the "".

IMPORTANT! I You must add: -dev to the Steam launcher Options for the Game. Otherwise the Cheats wont work.

The old method of changing if g_survival then to if true then no longer works. The game now uses a different variable. Here's the updated fix:

File to edit:

Steam\steamapps\common\Scrap Mechanic\Survival\Scripts\game\SurvivalGame.lua

Find line ~233:

local addCheats = g_survivalDev

Change it to:

local addCheats = true

Save, launch game, press Enter in-game to open chat, type /help for full command list.

Useful commands:

/god — invincibility

/unlimited — unlimited inventory

/ammo 999 — give ammo

/disableraids true — no more night raids

/timeofday 0.5 — set time to noon

/spawn haybot — spawn enemies for testing

Note: game updates will overwrite the file so you'll need to redo this after patches.



All known Cheats:

/ammo -give 100 Ammo
/Spudgun -give the Spudgun
/gatling -give the gatling Gun
/shotgun -give the shotgun
/sunshake -give 1 shunshake
/baguette -give 1 Revival Baguette
/keycard -give 1 keycard
/Powercore -give 1 Powercore
/components -give 10 components
/glowsticks -give 10 Glowsticks
/foodplease -5 of each food type
/seedsplease -20 of each Seed
/tumble -set tumble state (whatever that means)
/god -you cant die
/unlimited -access to all Items in the game it changes your Inventory so that you have endless items from each type (you can as example drag and drop 10 fuel to a chest if you run out of fuel).
/limited -Standard Inventory (dont worked for me i have to go back to Start Menu and Load my save to get my Normal Inventory back, the cheat remember what was in your Inventory bevore you use the unlimited cheat and all is back now like bevore)
/timeofday
/timeprogress -Stops time
/starterkit -Spawn a Starter Kit
/die -Kill you
/unstuck
/sethp -set player hp value
/aggroall -all Hostile Units know your postition
/Stopraid -Cancle all incoming Raids
/disableraids -disable Raids (you must do that everytime you load your game)
/noaggro -toggles the players as a target
/exportmultishape -Exports a Blueprint shape file.

I hope that helps and Please do you a favor and dont overgo it and think twice bevore you use a cheat.
