rocks, ember & normal trees don't respawn
green & farmer crates, and possibly warehouses do respawn

No re-spawn:
trees
rocks
ember trees
inside Warehouses (once you clear a warehouse it is done)

DO re-spawn:
all loot boxes outside, including the ruined buildings.
bots outside
flowers
corn
cotton
oil
clams
caged farmers
the seeds outside the traders hut

It is correct the bots within a warehouse don't re-spawn after the warehouse has been cleared.

But the chests in the warehouse do re-spawn..... including the gold ones on the top level.
