Report a translation problem
Figured I would jump in, though the question was not for me, hehe...
I had that happen once (jumping out of the drivers seat, it stuck me into an auto-strafe) so yes to that one. In this case, if I recall correctly, the vehicle was still moving when I jumped out (though I have jumped out while it was moving before, without issue).
I had it happen another time as well, but I'm not 100% I am remembering this accuractely - and that is that it happened after coming out of the Controller window. I'm pretty sure that is right, just not 100% (may have been a drivers seat again).
In both cases, it stopped after a little bit, but I can't know what it was that may have resolved it - I was clicking a number of buttons, hitting esc a few times, but it could have just been a set amount of time before it cleared for all I know.
