Firstly the game is not advertised for Mac, secondly there is a pinned FAQ thread for commonly asked questions, including Mac and the answer "No"
As for final version and it being close to that, the answer again is NO.
This game was released as an Early Access title in January of this year (2016) average development time for games is about 5-6 years, so let's assume 1-2 gears before Early Access release, that leaves 4-6 years estimated time before final release.
