Can't play in Win XP latest SP

the minimum requiriments says ''win xp ( latest SP )'' and i have the lastest service pack but i still cant even start the game, please fix it. ( sorry for my bad english )

Windows XP? Just upgrade to win 10, nothing new really plays on win xp, and win 10 is free. It has its issues too, but market forces dictate "evolve or die" so PC games have evolved to 8-10

Probally outdated, the game has changed a lot, and the minimum requirments dont ever change

They should change if they don't apply anymore. That's really bad form on the developer's part to not give basic documentation information to their publisher. (aka, not keep Steam in the loop on fundamental changes)
