Small Vehicles Tips & Tricks
I'm sure everyone started with them ... small vehicles. I didn't find any discussion here so let me make one for sharing the ideas just about small vehicles.
Let's define small vehicle as those creations which uses the small wheels only ...

I was able to make 3 different cars as small as possible with suspension and acceptable driving.

You can download the Pinzgauer 6x4 from the workshop.

Let me please start with my findings ...

You can't attach suspension to bearing
Let me start with this point. It's strange but this think involve whole other parameters.
Technically, you can. You can even connect it to driver's seat but it doesn't work. You have to put between bearing and sport suspension other block. So the vehicle is from start one block higher than it should be.
The blue vehicle is with rear suspension and without the front. The driving isn't that bad but it's not as good as in whole suspension vehicles.

Center of mass and Weight
Before you start putting blocks together you should know that they have different weight. Because you know that your vehicle is one block higher due front suspension you need to avoid putting heavy weight blocks at top of the vehicle. Otherwise your vehicle tend to turn over in high speed curves due higher center of mass.

Gas Engine torque
Also it's necessary to know that you can change the power of engine. Unfortunately it's speed and torque together. But in small vehicle we want less Power (around 3) but at steeps hills there isn't power to go up and you have to go for 4 which is fast and tend to turn over the vehicle in curves.
I'm using the 3 and when I can't go up hill I stop and change it to 4 and back to 3 at top of the hill. It's not comfy, but works.

Construction parts
Is it funny that we are ending with parts :-)
So I'm using metal block and staircase wedge as chassis and lower parts of the car. You can use beams and duct but they don't have this nice colorable shape. Of course you can use wood which is the lightest but even colorized it's still look like a wood :-)
For upper parts and windows I use only pipes. They are light, fully colorable and in different shapes. Moreover they do not take whole block and looks pretty.

So please share your tips & tricks and show us your small vehicles ;-)

So I want to have small lorry but still working :-)
This time I had serious problem with weight & center of mass. The front axe was overloaded and the suspension heavily pressed.

So finally I had to use Duct so the truck isn't nice as I want, but small and functional.
Moreover I had problem leaving a cab which I solved with empty space at back of the cab. Not nice but again functional :-)
