Talk of Scrap mechanic DLC

I consider myself decently in touch with everything scrap mechanic related. They make an announcement and I'm generally all over it. And have been even before version 0.1.20

So I ask where is this talk about the devs adding paid dlc coming from. I've heard a few people mention it like it's something that's just been announced recently or how it's their only option for an update her on out. Unless I missed something or can't remember a old detail I can't remember them even alluding to it let alone announcing anything.

This isn't a thing. Axolot have not confirmed nor hinted at DLC packs anywhere.
Though that doesn't mean people couldn't be discussing it hypothetically for much later in development.

Yes, it would have to be after the game had a full release.

it wont be a thing, if it is going to a be thing, until the game is out of early access and 1.0.0

that wont happen in our life time so dont worry about paid DLC...........lmao

Thus, they did say they want community to have new features without paying monee.
