Unannounced Farm Raids

[edited] Why is there no notification that your farm is under attack? I lost five days of my in game life because the bots destroyed all of my rare crops and there's no way to roll back the save. Please add a notification that it's midnight.

Yeah nah chief I gotta say this one is on you. Even if their was a glitch that stopped the notif about the unauthorised farming and the timer from showing up someone late enough in game to have rare crops should know better than to plant anything and just walk away

(Unless you have a really small harvest or a good defence system but that's a totally different story)

LOL! Red timer is quite good indicator [red=bad]. Also if you have "Unauthorized Farming Detected", then you know that there will be raid at midnight.
You had raid, you have been in range and you did nothing? Raid won't start until you are in render range.

If you exit the game and start again at a later date, the raid timer doesn't reappear. If you are crafting in base and forget that you planted crops in your last session, there's no way to tell that a raid is coming until you think, "hey, I should go plant some cr.... ngl if you really cared as much as this over the top edgy attitude suggests you wouldn't just "forget" that you planted a whole crop of rare plants. Laziness on your end for not being prepared to protect them.

Not to mention the fact you didn't see or hear the raid before it was too late is implying you either had your volume down which is a stupid move on your end or your base is big enough that you not only didn't see your garden but you didn't hear the bots attack which is already bs since moving far enough away for it to be silent makes it not spawn in at all.

On top of all that why would you plant some plants and then leave for a long enough period of time to forget that you did before you defended from a raid?

Because I have a life? I don't play games all day every day in my mom's basement, I only have enough time to play a game day at a time at most.

Having a life doesn't mean you should leave whenever. And that wasn't the question I asked why'd you leave just after planting the crops not why you left in general. Of course everyone has to stop playing at some point.

The fact that you forget what you did shows that it was more than just a quick break you would of left it at least overnight. And even it you did wouldn't you have spawned near your garden. Unless you walked away before you left in which case that's your problem not the games fault.

if thats the case, then maybe wait until you have enough time in your busy schedule to play the game for atleast a couple hours, be more prepared and better your farm defences prior to growing high tier crops.

and/or, take my advise and build your own notification system using totebot heads and sensors. its a game about building afterall, surprisingly

I normally leave to main menu when going offline (afk) so the timer won't always show on me so I been what's I says to myself 'if there's a farm, there's a raid'
12 at midnight is the time but of out of range or render. The raid can happen any time after midnight once you get in the render range if leave the area before the time.
A defense and alarm will be better to help some as mentioned by others.
