Did you build it in survival? Happened to me too. Works with the strong creative bearings, but survival bearing just cant keep up. Also survival has more heavy stuff.
I put concrete slabs in creative on my vehicle, but they are still way too light.

But you miss the parallel parts to prevent camver on the wheels.
At least thats my guess from the picture alone.
You have a lot of redundant bearings. Dunno how much stability they add, but they will kill your FPS.
The next step would be to make it adjustable.
You could add another bearing to the base of the pipe going up to the suspension and let it rotate down a bit to move the wheels down for more ground clearance.
