screens clipping even when the resolution is set the same as my pc

so the game is set to 1024x768 and so is my pc yet it clips the sides off a lot

well the screen size didnt change, it just slid down, and i cant change it back, cuz all i see is the characters forehead

Might be a frequency problem, look in your video card driver control panel and make sure you are using default settings also set for native resolution for your monitor not custom.

use the startup commands in scrap mechanic's properties menu with this:
-w (enter your screen width in pixels,no parantheses) -h (enter your screen height in pixels,no parantheses)
If it's 1080p use this: (example)
-w 1920 -h 1090

File : settings.json ( make a copy for backup first )

check in the windows settings what your resolution is,then set that either in-game or in the launch options
or just press the windows key and type resolution (if using windows 10),then set that either in-game or in the launch options

either that's a monitor problem or the resolution isn't the correct one

ive set the game to 1024x768 and my computers set to 1024x768 but still clips the sides
