How do I make heavy objects spin faster?

I'm trying to make a giant hoverbike, and instead of using gyroscopes to level it, I decide to make the "wheels" spin really fast in opposite directions to create a gyroscopic precession. For this to be reliable though, I need the "wheels" to be really heavy and to spin really fast.

Long story short, I need to make a heavy object (about 500 teir 3 concrete) spin extremely fast. Does anyone know how to make the motors stronger?

PS, I want to keep it vanilla, so motor mods arn't an object
PPS, I've attached my bike so far, and on the front, I tried to make it faster by stacking multiple motors.

just use thrusters to spin it, and angle them down a lil to give some lift.
