only the start location never respawn
even the first ruin have a little game days respawn time
I was running these ruins regularly until they stopped respawning.
only the loot crates on the road are writed to never respawn fixed by the 0.4.6

so the player has to venture out to find the stuff needed
I'm noticing this respawn issue across a much larger area though, including ruins next to a warehouse and on the side of the mechanic's station opposite the starting area.
