/timeprogress true (need to have developer mode enabled to be able to use this cmd)
Not sure what happened with your elevators, so if you want help with that you will have to give some more info. Not functioning how? did you use anything like the world regeneration command? are you talking singleplayer or multiplayer? did you put a key in the elevator?
For the elevator: I used the key, got in and looted everything. I was planning to exit the building to go back to base, I took all the elevators down, they all worked but very last one that supposed to take me outside didnt work. The sign on top of the elevator button that indicates the lift is on the way was not even activated. After I died, went back to the warehouse to get my stuff back. Now I was calling the elvator from the opposite direction (trying to go up). This time the elevator button was showing that the lift was on the way but never arrived.
This whole thing was in a single player mode and I never used any kind of commands. Frankly, I dont even know how to activate the dev mode.
Thank you for your response.
I have done absolutely nothing to fix it but all of a sudden it started working. Now time is ticking and the elevators are running!
Dev mode DID fix this for me, though I did need to re-enter the world for it to seem to take permanent effect. As this problem involves time freezing and the world clock is now inside the logbook, that part of the problem my be less obvious now.
Notes: On my first attempt, the clock ticked forward only one minute, but the elevator seemed to respond. One of the elevator sounds played suddenly. The button still refused to work properly. After re-logging, the time and elevator restored properly.
