Water Cannon? Why?

I made a water cannon and set it up, only to realize that it only fires in the direction it's pointing, and it's exactly the same as using a bucket. What exactly is the point of this thing? Why did I waste my time? I thought it was supposed to water plants more efficiently than taking an entire bucket of water and flinging it for no reason.

You can use water that you pumped from a lake and connect a water canister to it so you have like 100 buckets in one cannon

I have mine on a bearing and piston to water my plants in a 5x5 area. Could go bigger but I just don't want to deal with the robots at midnight lol.

You can click "share" under the video and click the box next to "Starts at..." and copy and paste that link so the video starts at that point automatically.
