In warehouses
The tapepots need to have their auto aim, and auto see through walls disabled and completely overhauled AI. Though to be honest I think the characters are a bit too flimsy as is. A haybot can three shot you. I'd like to suggest levels for characters as they progress giving them more hitpoints, and more damage. I really dislike that my hammer does the same damage as a spud gun. Literally something that's free to use is just as effective. Unless you're facing tapepots who murder you regardless.
The layout seemed nice, but the confusing nature of the levels doesn't help you at all. They are well designed levels, just confusing at first. The dual elevator system is very confusing as it doesn't tell you which one goes up or down before you get in it. The fact that there is no easy way down once you get to the top is horrible. Not only did I have to truck myself up there, but then I had to go through the maze a second time. Please for the love of scrap make an elevator that goes from roof to floor level.
I would suggest making the elevators go both up and down, but you have to unlock each level by getting to the other side. This way people can simply go up and down as they please instead of spending time walking back, or as I call it fun busting time.
The rewards are lack luster at best. Minus the seeds, and 3 outfit boxes everything else was meh at best. By the time I was raiding I already had gear beyond what was found. The return on investing wasn't worth it. 2 hours to go through the warehouse only to have no ammo left, and extremely low on food. I could have easily got everything else faster by farming, gathering, and looting regular buildings all without the hassle of having to zerg the warehouse for a few boxes of loot.
I feel like the warehouse is a no go zone for now. Just not worth the effort and time it takes.
They would be fine if we were provided sleeping spots per floor, or if we could bring a bed.
Or if the bots were less lethal.
But climbing back up 5 confusing floors is not.
Hence my various suggestions.
