You can also use H and open the handbook for some help.
At this point, you can go out and look for resources.
The bots with the pitchforks hit hard. Hit them once or twice and back off. The little ones only take three hits to kill so I just hold down the button 'til they're toast.
This is my strategy so far and it seems to be working okay.
Did u hear for maneuvers? You can dodge them lvl1 and lv2 bots are easy to kill use ya bucket full of water to stun the heck out of them.
There's no need to remove the soil, just dont plant stuff and bots will not come to your base in troves
As I stated in the post, this window is useless. It shows only basic controls, how to build vehicles, some logic gates, etc. No info on how to grow crops, how to craft something, generally how to survive.

Green Hell, Subnautica, The Long Dark, all these games have a good introduction that shows you how to play.
Even such a complicated game as Factorio managed to make a proper introduction.
Did you miss them?
