Ori the definitive edition in slow motion

I have a performance problem with the game Ori and the Blind Forest Definitive Edition, actually, it's something I thought was going to happen when I saw the trailers and gameplays, because the game is visually beautiful, but when I saw the requirements I was surprised by the relatively low requirements it asks for, so I bought it.

From the beginning I felt the movement of the game was somewhat slow and rough (I had previously seen that fluid movement was one of its strong points, so I thought I just had to get used to the movement), I advanced through the game as I could, until I reached Black Root Burrows, which as you may know is a place of mainly platforming, at that point I got so frustrated that I went to watch an Ori gameplay to see if the movement was really that slow and I was surprised that, to give you an idea, an Ori gameplay on youtube at x0.5 speed, I thought I had confused myself with the requirements so I checked again and the requirements were the same as I had seen before.

Can someone help me with a configuration or mod to improve performance (I already tried disabling vertical sync and putting the game in windowed mode)

The specs you gave are fine, but you're missing the GPU specs. That's what matters most.

The game's hardware requirement is very low by today's standards. However your CPU I5-3337U indicates that you're using a 10yr old laptop, possibly with Intel HD4000 integrated graphics. Unfortunately, your laptop is very limited and can't properly handle many games even they are 10+ years old. You can easily get a cheap, used laptop and run this game smoothly.

This game was released in 2015 and your laptop can probably run games released by 2012 smoothly.

If you will continue playing this game with your current laptop, the only thing I can think of is lower the in-game resolution.
