Turn Vsync off in the game, and go into nvidia control panel (havent tried it in the app) go to manage 3d programs, select the 'programs' tab and switch frame limit to 60 and vsync to 'fast'.
This helped me no end, also Ori hates Fulllscreen scaling. GOOD LUCK DUDE
For a game published by Microsoft it weirdly does not work properly with Microsoft Windows :)
This actually seemed to work pretty well. I beat and 100%'d the game today... It was pretty good...But not as great as it's been made out to be, I thought. Too much emphasis on platforming and the combat is just mashing X while hopping around... and kind of short... and story wise kind of sappy and slow and meh... And them never directing you to Black Root Burrows means I didn't get my dash until literally the end of the game, and that would have been nice to have sooner.
BUT, Great visuals and great controls and pretty fun to play.
I fired up Ori 2 and was surprised at how much better everything looked and felt though, so i'm excited to give that a shot next.
