Power Player achievement didn't work

100% complete the game, and doing same thing to get energy shards and count it, very sure I get 200 energy shards, but still not get this achievement.
What should I do...

Use abilities that spend mana (blue meter) and pick up the shards that replenish mana. If not missing blue than energy shards not count.

Also, make sure the energy shards you pick up are dropped from enemies you kill and not random spots in the world.
