Issue with Achievements

I played for about 3 full runs of the game and am attempting the Unhinged run these days and already am on my 5th/6th try, reaching Mount Horu.
How come I've never unlocked Flame Master, Blast Master or Power Player? It seems to me it should be easily doable just passively playing the game, is it possible I have them bugged for some sync issues maybe?

perhaps you haven't done them in a single run due to being speedrunning

but if you already made the 100% achievement in a run, it seems weird

If it's in a single run I guess I'll have to farm in a single save, I thought it summed up all the kills in various saves, there's also no way of checking progress unluckily

good luck, try to grind in your 100% save if you still have it
