Can't get ability point from Black Root Burrow

In the lower right corner of the Black Root Burrow, there's an ability point. There doesn't seem to be any hidden passage (I have the ability to see through them), there doesn't seem to be any lamp to light or lever to pull. How do you get it?

Go underwater and swim to the right. There is a hidden passage.

Do you mean a huge stone blocking the hidden ability point? Use Stomp to crush it.

That's just a Spirit Light Container, not an Ability Cell. The item in question is probably the Cell in the lower right corner of Lost Grove, on the other side of the underwater passage. On the map screen, Black Root Burrows and Lost Grove are all the same place.
