Can you teleport to different save points? am stuck in this one area and can't move on because i need air dash to get to the other side with out dying

Airdash isnt required to 100% the game. just go and explore elsewhere until you find something that can help you get across whatever youre stuck with now

You can teleport to other save points if you have other Spirit Wells activated

Well that’s the problem. I can’t move forward because door is lock, and can’t go back because it won’t let me jump down

Also you can try loading a backup save. Game stores up to 5 of your previous saves as backups. In Menu with save slots select save slot with your game and press "up" to get a backup menu for this slot. Use the same "up" button to navigate the list.
