Ugh. This game is HARD. Controls Help pls.

I've been trying to play this game on my steam controller on easy, and I still find this game to b difficult. Has anyone had any luck playing this game with the steam controller? Is it better to go keyboard and mouse with this game?

I play on 8bitdo pro 2 and it is great. I would never dare to play it on keyboard. Steam controller was discontinued, maybe it is not that good?

Played with both keyboard + mouse and gaming controller. I prefer keyboard + mouse, but I guess it's only because I don't have much experience playing with a controller. I think the game is pretty difficult on its own.

I played first with keyboard + mouse, but now I started again after a long time and switched to controller. The difference feels like a night/day. Controller definetly feels so much smoother and just over all better. But this game is a bit difficult time to time, I think that is the charm. Some parts just feel difficult, but after getting to know how the part works, it's not going to be hard on next time.

i did it with KB&M without too much difficulty? normally i would use a controller for platform games but i couldn't be bothered charging my controller lol
