In your second image, you haven't explored up to the map stone. It's directly above you, still in darkness (though it's glowing on the map due to your skills).

That might be enough to put you at 100%.

Also, you haven't explored the dark section of map above the Ancestral Tree for Dash, near the top of the area, either.

I did it i had to use a light burst to jump up to edge to climb up there was a large blue ball crystal why do i need them if i was already on full blue balls?

You didn't need the blue crystal, you needed the dark map section.
