How to play with PS5 dual sense controller

I want to play the game with a PS5 dual sense controller. My computer is already connected to the controller via bluetooth. I have also enable the Playstation Configuration Support in Steam big picture mode settings. However, for some reason, the game just cannot recognize my controller. Other games like Inside, Limbo, or Child of Light works just fine. I can use my controller in those games. Can anybody tell me how to fix this issue?

Edit: I tried using my controller in Ori and the Will of the Wisps and it works just fine. I do not know why Ori and the Blind Forest is the only game in which my controller is not immediately recognized.

Oh heck, my bad. Connecting the controller with cable should probably work.

I would recommend downloading DS4Windows and setting it to emulate an Xbox controller. Have been using this through the Xbox game pass and it has been working fine so far.

I connected the controller with a cable and used DS4 Windows. It worked! I am already playing the game. The issue is solved. Thanks everybody.
