First one is to pass vertical obstacle fast enough that requires some precision with jumping. My friend says it is done well using inherent Ori climbing technique - Ori can climb a wall to some height without having any abilities - my friend states that the height Ori climbs up is exactly right to make a wall jump to pass this obstacle reliably.
Second one is the escape end. Boulder smashes into the wall and you need to not be between the hammer and a hard place, so you need co climb fast. If you have Charge Jump - it should be easy. But this part should be well passable with Wall Jump and Dash alone.
Yes, use Dash as much as you safely can. Looks as trivial recommendation, but who knows.
