How to get to the Ginso Tree

What zones do you have to go through to get there? Because I seem to be getting farther and farther away from it. (Just completed the map stone after escaping the boulder)

If it's the boulder I'm thinking, you went into Black Roots Burrow which is an optional area.

Without spoiling too much, let's just say you need double jump before going into the tree.

Or if it just getting to the Ginso Tree, not inside of it, then charge flame is needed.

Remember where you were in your other topic? It was to the right of there. You were going the right way in the first place until you took that wrong turn into Horu Fields.

I'm lost. No matter where I go, there are doors I can't unlock, wood beams I can't get past, or places I can't get to. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but there doesn't seem to be any obvious way anywhere.

Then use a walkthrough. Everybody needs them sometimes. That's why Steam has Guides. Or you can try GameFAQs, although the walkthrough there is only for the original version of the game. I guess one of these days I'm going to have to write one.

OH. I have to use the stone near the spinning spike things to advance!

To get to the tree i jumped on the rock located near the spikes but I moved the rock in a way (diagonal) that you can barely jump to the corner of the wall in order to wall jump and het to the ginso tree

I can't get past that area either...the stone won't move! I pushed it far behind to get to the portal and then I couldn't move it back anymore...

You should be able to. I did the same thing but had no problem sliding it back.

Could be a glitch, I've seen a few people with the same problem... try reloading a save backup (pressing up in the loading screen) assuming you didn't save a bunch of times already with the rock stuck...

Seems like i've to do the since the begining. Is there any other way to make this rock budge...?

You can probably unstuck it by stomping near it, but the stomp is found much later... have you tried charge flame?

for everyone else who has this prob with moving stones: you can push AND pull these! i was desperate too, tried it and i am glad it works!
