try disabling the display scaling on high DPI setting through the compatibility properties on the game's .exe
Right-click game in Steam, select Properties. Select Local files-tab, then Browse local files. From there, select the .exe (might be more than 1, in that case select what is closest to the game name without anything else added). Right-click the .exe and select Properties. Then select the Compatibility tab, turn on compatibility options and then select Disable High DPI scaling.
